BILLING AND YOUR ACCOUNT

If you are not completely satisfied with Summit Surprise, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time.

In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to contact Summit Surprise prior to the renewal date on the 14th of each month.
Email Us and we’ll respond promptly.

If your membership has already renewed and you’d like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request cancellation by the 5th of the month to be eligible for a refund.

IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE FIFTH DAY OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH’S SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.

Signing up for Yogi Surprise means opting into a membership that bills you every month. All subscriptions rebill each month on the 14th, in advance of your next shipment. Shipments go out once a month around the 4th and 6th.
If you would like to receive a refund, you must request it prior to the start of order processing and shipping (the 4th of the month). Refunds are unavailable for boxes that have already shipped. If you have missing items or the box is damaged, we’ll be happy to help you out!

Thanks for joining! You won’t be billed again till AFTER you receive your first box. Typically, re-billing happens on the 14th of the month, in advance of your next shipment (which will happen the following month between the 4th and 6th).

At Summit Surprise, we strive to include only the purest, most natural and sustainable products. We never include products that contain ingredients known to be harmful to your health. Synthetic or artificial colors, flavorings, sweeteners or preservatives used in products we offer are approved by the FDA. We consume all our products. We’re not 100% vegetarian, but we aim to select 100% USDA Organic whenever possible.

SUMMIT ESCAPE CONTEST FAQ

When your Summit Surprise box arrives, take a fun photo of it and share it on your favorite social media network with the hashtag #summitsurprise. On the 1st we’ll randomly select a winner and make the announcement.
For each season, summer on January 1st and winter on July 1st, we’ll announce the winner (as well as the next Featured Escape). The summer contest begins July 1st, the winter contest on January 1st, the same day we announce the winner from the previous season’s contest.
Each season, the winner of the Summit Escape Contest will receive $1000 cash to spend on the mountain escape of their dreams! We include a special destination with exclusive deals to stretch your dollars so your escape will be a mountain top experience.

SHIPPING

Yes! We now ship to Canada. It’s $15 extra.
We typically ship within the 4th and 6th once a month, depending on whether the day falls on a weekend or during a holiday. Your box should arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping. Expect up to two weeks for most international shipments.

Attention customers in Mexico, Central America, South Africa and Eastern Europe! It is possible that your box could go missing, be destroyed, or show up 1-2 months late. We unfortunately can not offer replacements or refunds for lost or damaged international shipments.

Sign up on or before the 4th the month to get the current month’s box! All orders processed after the 4th will ship the following month. We generally ship between the 4th and 6th of each month.
Yogi Surprise is shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) 2-3 day Priority Mail.
For international shipments we use USPS First Class International Service.
