Christmas In The Tetons

We decided to go big for Christmas. Our families are spread all over… The Netherlands, New England, Florida, and Oregon. With the draw of the mountains on our side, Christmas in the Tetons was born.

Sixteen family members came to our home for a Christmas gathering to remember. Skiing, snowmobiling, lots of food and drink and quality time together made for a special celebrations in the mountains.

Born At The Dining Room Table

People began to leave for home, one family at a time. Finally just our youngest son and his girlfriend were left.

As we sat around the dining room table talking about the great time we al had, it became clear how special mountains are. Why not share the blessing with others?

Mountain Inspired Monthly Subscription Box

Our son is involved in a subscription box for Yoga enthusiasts. We asked him about the possibility of creating a mountain inspired box, one for people who loved the outdoors, from weekend warriors to full on mountain junkies.

As we talked our excitement grew. What if we could create a box that would be fun, inspire people, maybe even help them have a mountain escape right in their own home.

Summit Surprise Born

With our son’s help, we mapped out how to move forward and Summit Surprise was born!
